    1. Hi, thank you for reaching out to me – your comment is very encouraging and I am so pleased that you are enjoying the blog. Writing is my act of worship. Be blessed:
“May you be kept safe, covered by the blood of the Lamb, may your faith remain strong, even while surrounded by life’s difficulties – then you will continue to experience untold blessings of God” (James 1:12 TPT)

    1. Hi, thank you for your comment – the learning and understanding comes from reading and hearing the Word of God and I encourage you to spend much time in it and there are so many fantastic resources available that can help you in your learning. But in the end true revelation comes from our God alone “Every gift God freely gives us is good and perfect, streaming down from the Father of lights who shines from the heavens with no hidden shadow or darkness and is never subject to change” (James 1:17 TPT)
I am very happy that you found useful information
Keep on seeking – for he who seeks will find!

    1. Hi, thank you so much for your comment – I am so deeply humbles and encouraged that I was able to aid you in any way – it is but by the grace of God – and you, in turn inspire me to write even more.
“Because of this, encourage the hearts of your fellow believers and support one another, just as you have already been doing” (1 Thess 5:11 TPT).
You surely will sow into the lives of others because it is already in your heart to do so.

    1. Hi, thank you for your comment – the writing and choice of artwork is my own but the blog website is the product of the creative genius of a marketing company that I have been dealing with. I was deeply moved when I saw what they made out of the ingredients I provided – in the end it’s sole purpose is to glorify God.
You bless me with your encouragement and your participation – you will be blessed in return (Prov 11:25)
We are made strong through Jesus Christ and the power of God’s Word – let us continue sharing it!

    1. Hi friend, I am so pleased that your experience of the website and posts was so positive – in the end it is the Holy Spirit that instructed me what to write and the Holy Spirit that moved and received inside of you and I am excited that I could be a vessel to supply.
“May you be kept safe, covered by the blood of the Lamb, may your faith remain strong, even while surrounded by life’s difficulties – then you will continue to experience untold blessings of God” (James 1:12 TPT).

    1. 🙂 I assume you’re referring to my testimony – I’m still living it! I’m still in awe every day when I look at the beauty that God created from the ashes, I count my blessings and I am deeply grateful for the life I’m living. I work a normal job, raise my three kids who are now all teenagers and I’m still, as we all should be, on a constant journey with Jesus – learning, growing and loving Him. Obviously I have my issues: habits, sin, health problems and everyday battles but I have a framework of reference and I know for a fact that God is GOOD, He is faithful and His promises are true – He WILL work ALL things together for good and my life is a continuous work in progress of which God is always in control – I rejoice that I can know Him, serve Him and testify about Him – the joy of the Lord is my strength!
My prayer is that you can accompany me on that journey, but perhaps you are already on a journey and know exactly what I am talking about because of your own life experiences. The road leads us through valleys and up to majestic mountaintops, but we never travel alone, we have a Good Shepherd who guides and protects us. We are all pilgrims on the way to a final glorious destination.
So to give you the answer to your question 🙂 – I’m travelling
      Take care too!

  6. I’m really enjoying the design and layout of
your website. It’s a very easy on the eyes which makes it much
more enjoyable for me to come here and visit more
often. Did you hire out a designer to create your theme? Superb work!

    1. Hello – so glad you’re enjoying the website – I do too! As they say “give credit where credit is due”! I am inspired to write and as I wrote the different posts I chose the art that I felt at the time worked with the message. But when I decided to create the blog around a month ago it took a whole different type of genius and collaborative effort, independent from me, to put it all together and create cohesion. I was left speechless when I first saw the result. I passed your compliment on to the creators – I am sure they will be thrilled because I know they put their hearts into creating this website and that’s what’s making all the difference in the world
      Enjoy!

    1. Hi Friend, I am so sincerely happy that this article struck a chord deep inside you. Regarding you Jeremiah 31:3 resounds in my spirit, where the Lord is saying: ” Yes I have loved you with an everlasting love; Therefore with lovingkindness I have drawn you”
God loves you and cares for you deeply – and there is no end to His goodness, His love and His faithfulness – hold onto and have faith in these truths always.
🙂 I will keep on writing, not to worry – there is a new article coming very soon.
      Love,

    1. Hi Dacia, thank you for reaching out. I just want to encourage you today that Jesus will meet you where you are – and in Him you will find fullness of joy. Wherever you may find yourself at the moment – find your refuge and strength in Him, He is so much bigger than your circumstances.

    1. Dear Binnie, join me in giving praises to Jesus Christ our Savior – with our eyes lifted to the King on the cross and our hearts bringing Him an offering of praise, I think you will find like I have (and David did) that you can encourage yourself in the Lord (1 Sam 30:6). “That time (in your past), this time (now) and every time (in the future) God will never fail you nor forsake you” (Pastor Jentezen Franklin).
Be encouraged for 2021 – the joy of the Lord is your strength (Neh 8:10)

    1. Dear Tomasina, thank you for your comment. I just want to encourage you that God has a plan for your life and that plan is GOOD:
“‘I know the plans I have for you’, declares the Lord, ‘plans to prosper you and not to harm you. Plans to give you a hope and a future'” (Jer 29:11). God is in control of every detail of your life, nothing comes into your life without passing by him first. Yes, you will go through dark valleys (not just mountain tops) but He will be with you always and in the end ALL will work together for good!

    1. Dear Deanna, I am truly blessed by your enjoyment of the website. It is I that write but it is the Holy Spirit that communicates the meaning to you and plants the seed in your heart – give praise that God is speaking to your heart and let the seeds fall on fruitful soil.
I declare over you “May you be kept safe, covered by the blood of the Lamb, may your faith remain strong, even while surrounded by lifes difficulties – then you will continue to experience untold blessings of God” (James 1:12 TPT)

    1. Hi Anny, I want to encourage you with a reminder: God doesn’t make mistakes, and He doesn’t do/allow anything without a purpose. Perhaps you are facing a challenge at the moment – let me reassure you that it will most certainly work for your good. So take comfort that His hand is in it, and thank Him for being your help, hope, and salvation.

  7. Just wanna input on few general things, The website pattern is perfect, the subject material is very excellent : D. Laina Foster Sarene

    1. Dear Laina, I am so glad that you are enjoying the website – I was blessed to work with gifted and inspired designers who assembled my posts and chosen art into something that works better than I ever could’ve dreamt up on my own. As far as the subject matter is concerned – there are times when I have “writers block” and feel I have nothing constructive to add – but the Spirit always comes with inspiration in a multitude of manners.
I deeply appreciate your encouragement and that of everyone who interacts with the blog. You will be blessed for the seed of encouragement that you sow in obedience of the Word: “Therefore encourage each other and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing” (1 Thess 5:11).
I want to encourage you with the truth that ALL of the good works that He has started in you, He will carry on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus (Phil 1:6)

  9. Ahaa, its fastidious conversation on the topic of this post at this place at this webpage, I have read all that, so now me also commenting here. Anastassia Felic Chessy

    0
    1. Dear Anastassia, I love that you are reading the blog and the comments so eagerly and I trust that you are finding the content meaningful and insightful. To that end it is my prayer for you, that when you read Scripture or Christian writing and listen to the Word of God being preached that you will make a point of cultivating within yourself a FRUITFUL HEART.
Luke 8:15 “The seed in the good soil, these are the ones who have heard the Word in an honest and good heart, and hold it fast, and bear fruit with perseverance”. Truly meditate on this verse and pray that the Lord reveals to you what it means to have “good soil” in your heart.
May you be hungry and genuinely receptive to the Word, let it be planted deep in your heart – this is very important! AND then you will produce “a crop a hundred times as great” (Luke 8:8) – in other words, Gods Word will make you spiritually successful and effective for the kingdom of God.
      Keep well

    1. Dear Evita, as the end of 2020 is approaching we reflect on a year that has been emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually draining for most people, often living with insecurity and fear. I don’t know if you are one of those people or perhaps you know of someone who is. There is a place where you can find glorious rest in every way you might need it. Ps 116:7 says “Return to your rest, O my soul, for the Lord has dealt bountifully with you”
What we have in our relationship with Jesus is an unfathomable treasure of glorious rest and life – we can always find tranquility and refreshment in His leadership, provision and care. So if you’re feeling tired, return to the Prince of Peace, who will never fail you (John 14:27). Seek Jesus to give rest to your soul (Matthew 11:29)

  10. That would be the end of this post. Here you will discover some sites that we believe you will appreciate, just click the hyperlinks. Tasia Wyatan Hoebart

    1. Dear Tasia, you are special. God gave you certain characteristics, personality traits, talents, and aptitudes for a reason – for you to fulfill a unique role in history. And when you accepted Jesus Christ as your Savior, He gave you certain spiritual gifts to use in ministry, for His glory (Eph 2:10).
Therefore, today, embrace who your Creator says you are – His beloved child who is “fearfully and wonderfully made” (Psalm 139:14). Enjoy what God has made you to be!

    1. Dear Dorelle, Have you ever really thought about how profoundly God loves you? You could spend a long time considering it and never plumb the depths of how intensely He cares for you. But one thing is sure – pondering His love will transform your life!

    1. Dear Catharina, I couldn’t agree with you more – I love it when readers like yourself write back and share their thoughts with me. In the current global climate of quarantine, social distancing and isolation we should grab the opportunity to enter into constructive and uplifting conversation (which definitely does not apply to social media). I don’t know about your side of the world but where I live churches are still under lockdown and I yearn for the weekly “gathering of the saints”. But nothing stops us from connecting online and share thoughts or even seek encouragement.
So I hope I will hear from you again with whatever you feel called upon to add.
Thank you for the encouragement on the site and carrying on with it – it means a lot to me
I want to encourage you with Ps 37:4 & 7 “Make God the utmost delight and pleasure of your life & He will provide for you what you desire most….Quiet your heart in His presence and pray; keep hope alive as you long for God to come through for you”

    1. Dear Lauraine, the Lord is with you through every trial of your life and has fantastic plans for you. He will never leave you or forsake you, and He gives you the wonderful assurance that you are indeed accepted, loved, respected, and worthwhile in His sight. So overcome whatever happens by having faith in God and confidence that He will carry out His purposes for you. Certainly, He will lead you on paths you’ve never imagined.
      💚 Linda

    1. Dear Dawn, the Lord has plans for your life more elaborate and better than you can ever imagine – the best is not behind you, it is yet to come! View your future with eager expectation – He still is the God of miracles, breakthrough and the God of the impossible.
I remind you of Psalm 138:8 “The Lord will work out His plans for my life – for your faithful love, O Lord, endures forever” – He has GOOD plans for your life and your future (Jer 29:11) and NOTHING will derail those plans from realising.
Perhaps your life is great and you wouldn’t change it for the world, but there may also be a possibility that at the moment, your life is less than what you had expected. Perhaps you are encumbered by seemingly insurmountable obstacles, or even falling apart. But know for certain, you are not alone, this is not an end, and there is a great future hope for you. Interested? I am very excited about a post I am getting ready to post to celebrate the arrival of 2021. Please read it for more along these lines, I hope you will be inspired.
But in the meantime, trust Jesus – He has wonderful plans for you, even when you cannot see them. Trust Him to lead you the way you should go.
      💚 Linda

  11. Useful information. Lucky me I discovered your site by accident, and I am stunned why this coincidence did not happened earlier! I bookmarked it. Aveline Griswold Shaw

    0
    1. Hi Aveline, I am grateful that you discovered my site by accident and coincidence – but I have to differ from your conclusion – I think God was arranging for you to find it because there was a message in it that He wants to convey to your heart:”He’s in charge of it all, the entire world and He knows what He’s doing! Lord, you have reigned as King from the very beginning of time. Eternity is your home.” (Ps 93:1-2 TPT). God is always at work in our lives and always orchestrating things to work out for our good (Rom 8:28). Doesn’t that make you feel incredibly special if you reaally think about it – nothing slips past Him to reach you, while He is continually putting circumstances in place along your path that will work together for your good, maybe not at first every time, but ALWAYS in the long run!
Be encouraged – God is in control

    1. Dear Del 😊, I am very touched and humbled by the high accolade that you have awarded my blog – it lies very close to my heart. Thank you very much. I want to share with you a prayer that I thought you might find meaningful – it was written by Brian Simmons (of the new trending Passion Translation of the Bible):
Jesus, I want you to be the center of my life.
When I sense the gentle nudge of your Spirit, may I never dismiss it.
Teach me to look for you in every person, to seek your wisdom in every decision,
and to be aware of your presence in everything I do.
I think that is a prayer that every child of God should pray wholeheartedly – it can change your life if it manifests!
      Keep well,
      💚 Linda

    1. Hi Kristine, if it resounded in your spirit it was definitely designed for you 😊.
God created you on purpose and for a purpose. He wrote out a plan for your life, full of goodness and hope. Full of a great future. You were designed to fulfill all the potential God placed inside of you.

    1. Dear Wilow, thank you for your comment – so happy to hear that you are enjoying the blog. I want to tell you that hope is very precious, without hope you cannot have faith (Now faith is the assurance of things HOPED for….Heb 11:1), I want to encourage you to hold on and not to lose hope. But where will you find hope if it is lost or how can it be strengthened?
“I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you completely with joy and peace because you trust in Him. Then you will overflow with confident hope through the power of the Holy Spirit” (Rom 15:13)
      Be encouraged! Be blessed!
      💚Linda
